I have one thing to say about mental health.
Please go outside.
seriously. I started going out beyond dates with my partner and it's done wonders for my mental health. I've been going to local shows, volunteering at art markets, playing dance rush at the arcade, etc. It's all good just to have exposure to more people. It's refreshing for me to enter a place alone then end up talking to a stranger for an hour. I don't expect much after exchanging contacts but really, just talking to more people outside your social circle helps.
Even if you only make weak connections it's nice to go somewhere and have people know your name and say hi. my secret to mental health? Local fame!!! Exercise helps too but ya know, you should already be doing that.
@faro this sounds really good on paper but it’s very difficult in execution especially depending on where you live. We live in a weird time where everyone wants to wall off and be on their phones with their headphones in their ears when they’re out and about at places like Starbucks, etc., if they even leave their house at all.
For everyone going through a hard time--I hope for the best for you. Please try to get up, move around, eat something and go outside. Movement and nutrition are so important.
You know what. Even though I haven’t had any cuddle sessions yet, I’m really liking the forums here and seeing the wholesomeness of people like @pmvines @SpicyNSweet and @SunsetSnuggles Y’all are awesome

Hard to believe June is already wrapping up, but the conversation shouldn't stop here. Mental health matters every day of the year. Hope everyone is taking care of themselves 🫶🏽
