I usually batch cook on Sundays. It's not quite full meal prepping, as I usually just make a large batch of an entree and then will switch up sides throughout the week.
I'm starting a new job tomorrow, back to a 9-5 for the first time in 10 years, so I'm sure I'll have to adjust my routines. 😅

My weekends are typically when I spend my time wood working, but I have been down due to back injury for a little over 6 weeks now so I haven't been able to do much of anything. Really need to break out either my crochet or cross stitching supplies.
Usually? Soak up time with my boyfriend. Make muffins or cinnamon rolls, do some planning, call family, walk the dog, maybe watch a movie or play a game.
Today? We visited a bunch of Rambo filming locations in Canada. 💪🏼🌲🚔
