While this sounds good in theory, I know compatibility between personalities is huge for me (and I assume most others), I don't think I could commit to spending that much time with someone I barely know.
@acoustic_kitty , As a solo traveler, I've seen a similar type of website advertised several times, its aim to to help solo travelers going to the same location meet up and hang out. It seemed like an idea in theory, but from what I saw it seemed to be targeted more towards younger travelers. I personally enjoy the freedom of being able to do just my own thing, no plans, just see where the day takes me.
I did this for a cruise many years ago and it was a great experience. My friend heard about my expereince did it and had an AWFUL experience.
It depennds on personalities.
I travel with my RV several times a year and try to meet other cuddlers on my routes. But I have not had much luck, I would reach out a few days ahead and ask about meeting up. I have found the females even the Pro’s don’t feel comfortable meeting in an RV. The few that offered to host I could not find a good place to park my truck and 30’ RV . I have met several guys on my travels and they seem to be fine using my RV to host in.
