Odd hobbies

I got told my new favorite hobby is odd. I don’t think it is. What is the hobby you do you think is weird?

I got a car wash membership and go a few times a week to clean my car. Outside and inside. Every time I go I find a spot I missed. I really don’t know how car detailer people do it. It’s my new hobby. (I should post pictures).

    Some people and family thinks my collection of old cars and trucks is odd. I guess you could call it a hobby. I’m a real motor head and enjoy older cars and trucks, I have a photo album with all of them I have owned. My latest purchase is a 1972 Ford Pinto which is number 116. I currently ride my 21st motorcycle. At one point I had 12 cars/trucks at home.
    I have down sized now to 3 cars and 2 trucks.
    I do all of my own repairs and maintenance on them. Collecting Match Box cars would have been way cheaper.

    I think it depends on ones perspective. I've been told its weird for a guy to cross stitch or crochet, but I enjoy both, they are my winter time hobbies when its too cold to do any wood working in my garage.

    I almost involuntarily started a collection of cuddles with Ninas when I was starting out…

    Imagine how much harder it would be to schedule cuddles if I felt compelled to keep the trend going!

    3d printing is a little closer to mainstream acceptance but it’s my odd hobby that fascinates people the most.

    @Elrondish I've met two guys around your age who are into 3D printing. One offered to print me something (though it was new to me at the time and I wasn't sure what to ask for). The other works with my boyfriend, and has a particular interest in printing Naval warships. I often see adorable 3D animals on Etsy, but they are all jointed fidget toys, and I generally prefer to collect stationary animals.

    @SunsetSnuggles I’ve been struggling a lot to to have time for artsy 3d prints lately but I’ll also paint them and end up with things like this corgi. I have a witch in the queue from two halloweens ago. I’ll get to it eventually 😅

    Most of the rest of my recent stuff is attempting to solve practical problems like cable management and board game storage.
