@PaulaDahla sorry forgot to include the name is from high school. I was given a Hawaiian name at one point which is laiulanii, but since I am not Hawaiian I purposely spell it wrong. I've used it for years. Not really important but just thought I'd share lol I may not agree with your opinion, but I do respect your right to say it.
@Navyman1010 I totally agree "double-standard" is waaaaayyyy too binary. Some of these shirtless guys could be Manicorns and they must be included. My vote goes to mixed-mixed standards.

This has nothing to do with revealing images... except in a totally different sense:
I know members and moderators catch these, but fake photos are also an issue. After a few burns elsewhere, these days I routinely use the "search Google for this image" feature. That can also be...wait for it... revealing!
Thank you @creativeCuddles though I'm not looking for praise, I think it just goes back to what I said to begin with. The inflection of picture says more about the viewer than the poster. Someone takes it however but the poster may just not think anything of it. I sure didn't. Oh well lol
I am new to this, and don't have much experience, but from my point of view, there are probably both. For example, you defended the women who pose sexily, but what if the guys who were showing their muscles were just proud of their muscles, and wanted to show them off? Men not wearing shirts doesn't have the same connotations as women doing so. And I am not saying that that is right, but that is how things are at this moment in time. Just as with women, I think there are some men who put such pictures up not knowing what people see them as. Just as there are some women who put up seductive pictures not knowing that they come across that way. At the same time, there will be both men and women who put up such pictures purposefully, and the hard part would be to tell the difference between them.
Hmmm......what is provocative is very open to interpretation. Let the mods sort them.
This is also a rather archaic point of view, and honestly i found it somewhat offensive. it is best not to judge the intent of others, purely based on their appearance. @melancholy thank you for your comment.

Again, it is up to the mods to sort out what is appropriate and what is not.
@tarasloth - would you say three photos of only a woman's breasts spilling out of a bra is open to interpretation? It's up to this community to police itself and that includes people reporting trangressions of the site rules. That's why there is a flag button. The moderators can't spot everything, but they do see the things that are reported, and they can act on them or not as they see fit.
