What does Timed Out mean?

I received the oddest messsge today. It informed me I can no longer message the cuddler because “ the member has timed out.” What does this mean? It was in a yellow box. Just for context I reached out to this cuddler first and he responded appropriately. No rules broken. I’m still scratching my head 🤔!

    No different than when you timeout a child and when they have to sit and wait to be timed in again. Eventually they will be timed in again and then they can use the site again. Not sure how long the duration is. I think it varies

    Timeouts may last any duration from 1 to 365 days. One of the commonest reasons they are given is for a repeat violation of the terms of service. Timeouts may apply to the Forum, the main site, or both.
