Jets fan here. My season ended at kickoff last night
First league game of the season - Notts County 1 Leicester City 1, fellow Leicester fans are upset, but I say chill out guys it's a draw away from home in a local derby. Onwards and upwards.
Buckeyes on Saturdays and Bengals on Sundays (or in some cases Thursday or Monday). OHIO REPRESENT!
Last time the dolphins got anywhere near the Super Bowl was when they made it to the AFC championship in 1993. I was at that game, but unfortunately they lost to the bills. Since then they haven’t made it that far in the playoffs. I’m hoping they can make it to the superbowl and even win in my lifetime. I don’t think this season is going to be it judging by the preseason opening.

@disneysamurai that's awesome. I was alsoo at that game with a friend of mine. Extremely cheap by today's standards we bought scalped tickets for $65.
Then at the end of the game after the loss they played "There's always tomorrow" by Gloria Estefan. We were so depressed.
We finally made it to football season and Florida State Seminoles are gonna win.
@VibeSeeker I remember going to a game (yeah nosebleeds but still) at candlestick (SF 49ers) where 2 tickets, 2 hot dogs and 2 sodas costed $75.
Nowadays it's $100 just to park, almost a mile from the stadium lol. Whats worse is that they have "no parking - tow away" signs on side streets so people can't use that loophole for free parking anymore. Such a racket pro sports has become.

@Krisha You'd be surprised to know that there's a solid fanbase of the NFL down in Brazil. I was at the Neo Química Arena in São Paulo that hosted the Eagles vs. Packers game in 2024 and it was an interesting turnout. It was almost a sold out game and many Brazilians learned the aspect of American Football and enjoyed it.
Of course futbol is always gonna be king in Brazil, but there is certainly an audience for the NFL.

I love football,.my fall weekends are not complete without it.I am more of an NFL fan then College,NFL is better simply for the competition,not interested in seeing 70-10 scores,I will watch Ohio State Football games,but my favorite pro team are the Dallas Cowboys, been a diehard fan since I was 6 years old about the time they beat Buffalo Bills in 92.I am the Dallas cowboys number 1 fan litterly,and for the last 30 years it's been tough to be a Cowboys fan,do I see anything changing ,🤔not sure,I want to believe they can make it to the superbowl,but I'm not counting on it because they always find a way to shoot themselves in the foot,but win or lose that's my team

Football season for me is practically year-round..The UFL in the spring. The Canadian Football League and their season begins in May and runs through the week before Thanksgiving. Next week is High School football here in Texas so I'm going to be watching my high school play on Friday nights(Go Unicorns!) then Saturdays it's college football .Then Sunday I'll be crossing my fingers and probably cussing out that billionaire redneck from Arkansas that owns America's Team..
