Hello all! I'm new and encountering an issue when attempting to edit my account. After reading through all the help pages and not finding an answer, I've home here for assistance.
When making my account, I picked one of the "other" options for my gender identity, but I am trying to correct it by editing my account. Each time I select "man" I get an error and my change won't save.
I work in IT, so I've tried all the main things I could think of. Clearing my cache. Logging in and out. Clearing all my options and saving and trying again. Nothing has gotten me past this error message.
Can someone advice me on how to correct my gender selection or if there's some support contact info for someone in Cuddle Comfort who can fix it for me?
