Hi my lovelies! 💖 For the dates, I’m thinking Presidents’ Day weekend, February 12–14, for the camping meet and greet. We’d arrive Friday night and leave Sunday morning or afternoon. What are everyone’s thoughts on those dates?
Works for me and overall, and, not sure how this being Valentine's weekend will impact anything, but a pro would be Monday being a federal holiday as a break for some as well.

I have a midsize suv (Escape) and could probably handle an extra 1-2 people + gear (or 3 if we are traveling light)!

@geoeagle Exactly! That’s actually why I picked that weekend. I figured having Monday as a federal holiday would give people an extra day to relax and recover from the camping trip/drive. And of course, anyone who wants to bring their significant other is more than welcome. I don’t mind at all!
Just to clarify, the actual meet and greet and hiking day will be Saturday, February 13th at Enchanted Rock. The camping portion will be for those who want to camp out for the weekend, so you can still join us for the meet and greet without having to camp or spend Valentine’s Day away from home. 😊

The camping crew is coming together.
Oooooo Fredericksburg is a cool town, and if this all falls on President’s day weekend then I can make it from Lubbock. You need anyone for the breakfast prep crew? I make a mean scrambled egg!
I have cuddled with a few people on Cuddle Comfort, but I had been off the site for several months. I love Enchanted Rock and Camping, so this post interests me. I have not had a chance to read all the comments, but if the event is happening, I would want to inquire as to how I might be able to help.
I will be in Austin for a dance event over that weekend. It would be nice to be able to meet up with others in this community as well at the same time!
