As the thread title suggests this is all about the Simpsons golden years. First 10 or so seasons, especially seasons 3-8.
I remember the cliffhanger for 'Who shot mr burns' being so awesome. I was able to finagle my way out of going to temple that night because I convinced my mom that I should be allowed to stay home to watch the episode (back in the day before VOD). My little brother and sister weren't so fortunate lol.
