Of course it is, you can kiss them and feel them up while cuddling in your underwear. But your intent has to be platonic because if it’s not it won’t work.

Oh.. That's iffy to me. I am sure that it can be done and still be platonic (like peck on the forehead or cheek) but it seems like it's a very grey area and should be discussed heavily with the cuddle partner. Easy answer is, I personally wouldn't do it and would advise that the line is carefully delt up front otherwise it could have some bad results for both parties.

For me, no. That's why I'm on a site that puts an emphasis on platonic. An example:
PERMANENT BANS will be imposed on people who indicate a desire to cuddle while doing any of the following: (1) being nude, (2) wearing underwear only, (3) kissing, (4) groping, (5) satisfying a fetish or kink, and (6) anything of a non-platonic nature.
Honestly, it is almost disrespectful to ask a cuddle buddy to kiss them because it is already a stated boundary on this site. If you ask, it's like you don't care about any of the boundaries in place. When you get away with pushing a boundary, what's to say you won't push another? It is uncomfortable to have to say no. Some people don't have the courage to say no, even if they really want to. Fight, flight or freeze might kick in. Just don't ask, and don't do it.
If you are asking a pro, you are pushing in the territory of emotional distress. They could lose their source of income if someone finds out and reports them. They could feel like they are borderline breaking the law by edging the line of prostitution because they are being paid for this session.
I do know this site leads to relationships to form but that means you should take the proper effort to make a consensual defined break away from the cuddling site and enter into a formal relationship, especially if any money has ever been involved.

We are all consenting adults. It's to be discussed before hand with comfort levels and expectations on each meeting. But the rules here do state things are to stay platonic. I have friends and family that are close and kiss platonicly so for me it's no big deal. If I cuddled with a member I would not initiate it.
