Message glitch?

So i am showing that i have messages, however when i click on the message box there arent any. Not sure if i have messages but they arent showing, or if i dont have messages but the box is indicating that i do. Anybody else experiencing this today? @Mark

    Same here.

    Keep getting 409 error messages when I try to update profile location and text too.

    Same here as my messages don't seem to be going through. Going back to bed as it's 3 AM here....hope they resolve this tomorrow...hoping that any messages that I have sent go through to those who I have sent messages to.

    I get 419 your session has expired - just with once specific person - which I was arranging to meet ☹️ anybody else experiencing this and knows how to fix it?

    I'm not getting it, but there are several glitches in the system right now it seems. Including messaging and time that a cuddler has last been on. Also my visitor list needs to be updated. Seems to be working better on google chrome than on AOL.

    I tried messaging someone and it said "your session has expired" :(

    Has the 'Session expired' error been happening to anyone even within the last couple of hours? Or was this incident limited to a period last night?

    I'm trying to understand if it's still ongoing or was a past event.

    And it looks like someone else just messaged me and it won't let me read it. It keeps jumping back and forth between saying I have no new messages, two new messages and three new messages.

    I'm still seeing a 419. Specifically, I can read a "new message" and when I attempt to send a response back to the person, I get error 419. I can recover by going back to home, though the message is now new again.

    It sounds like a possible failure for a put statement? Or maybe a token failure?

    Thanks. This is a really weird one... we just tried something now but it's not with confidence. So can the next person who experiences this please post here so we can rule it out.

    Ok thanks, I'm going to reach out to our server company now for additional investigation.

    What makes this so difficult to solve is it's not happening to everyone. I can login to your accounts and send messages using the same browser and device without issue. I wish I could somehow reproduce this error.

    In the meantime, have any of you tried clearing your cookies to see if that helps?

    How do we clear cookies?

    CTRL+SHIFT+DEL > Select 'All time' range > Select Cookies > Clear

    But before trying that, probably a good idea to see if you can use the website in an Incognito Tab. So press CTRL+SHIFT+N.

    I tried opening an incognito tab and that worked. Hopefully that's just a temporary solution for us though?

    If I clear my cookies, is it going to close out all my other tabs I have open?

    It will log you out of other websites yes. However, if Incognito Tab worked for you then clearing cookies might possibly be the only permanent solution here.

    Back on normal Chrome, can you try logging out? Does it allow you to do it?

    Does Incognito mode work for you? CTRL+SHIFT+N?

    If so, please consider clearing your cookies. It's possible something 'session' related got corrupted for some people. That's one theory I have.
