Please can you clear your cookies as I believe that will permanently resolve the issue.
Then the investigation must try and discover what occurred that caused this possible corruption for some users.

We are all having some kind of problem today. I am able to send and receive messages at times but can't at others. I hope that the staff at Cuddle Comfort resolves this soon.
@Lev136 The solution is to clear your cookies.
Not ideal but it works. I believe session files for some users were corrupted due to a memory issue earlier.
Trying to clear them but can't. ...the site works on my google chrome but not on my AOL browser......will you be able to fix it so it wil lwork on both browsers, I have to see how I can clear them on AOL....
I have to say, I've never heard of people using an AOL browser. That sounds archaic. I really would suggest sticking with one of the major browsers if I were you as that's what most websites are designed to work best with.
But yes, once you clear cookies on whatever browser you use, it should solve it.

@Mark, the messaging system is still going on and off it seems, it depends on what setting you have ..and it's harder to log on after the cookie thing...............

I'm on Chrome on a pretty powerful laptop. It seems like every website I go to is slow. So wonder if the problem isn't just the servers but maybe some major internet event. Either way I'll try clearing my cookies.
My facebook was quite slow tonight as well. It might be something going on the internet...as mdx71 says.
It’s doing the same thing for me. My visitor log isn’t updating and my messages aren’t updating either. I have to go in through my email to see who messaged me then search the user who messaged me to read what they wrote.
@cuddlebestie this is what i exoerienced til i cleared cookies etc but that was for laptop. My phone still having same issues
You should also have the option to clear you browser on your phone @pmvines it should be in the menu of history>clear browser history if you have chrome for mobile.

Im having a goof moment. Im experiencing the same thing (only with 1 message, sorry hunter!)..I do everything on my phone. Would someone please tell me how to clear cookiss via phone..
