By "Philly", you mean Philadelphia, right? Because I just did a quick search: I'm seeing 44 active accounts within 50 miles of Philadelphia who were online within the past week. So maybe you're just being way too picky.
Age range and gender selection is going to affect it, as well. My parameters are set for females 18-38. Also, whether one is looking at just pros or non-pros. I look at all. So I find Philly to be quite full, and one of my good friends on here does her best business when she visits Philly.

Try going a bit further out friend. It takes a while to get up and moving but when you get into the groove you'll understand a bit more.
