@CuddleSquid most of what you are saying is completely valid, and as a man in this space it could very well be ashamed. However understanding this does not make me more inclined to cuddle a man. There is something to the point you make about attraction but men also share the desire for non-platonic affection. Kissing is definetly one of those things that crosses the line, but i think we all agree that cuddling isn’t, so men and women who cross the line should be addressed and corrected. But people have a varying idea of appropriateness, hugging isn’t a normal thing I’m comfortable with random people. But in the context of arraigning a cuddle session and both understand the idea of proximity and touch is the goal it makes it more agreeable.
These conversations need to be had openly. I hope more women can be more open to cuddling with men and men can make them comfortable in these instances. Both men and women have a level of comfort that needs to be addressed and everyone’s is different. Attractiveness is only part of the equation.
