So you don't participate in the forums and think the topics which are brought up (probably only as of late by new members) are odd. Great! Just like everyone else who complains about how the forums are of no use to them, nobody is here to serve your conversational needs, and nobody really cares what anyone's motive is for staying away from this section of the website. has noticed something (that while personally I care little to none about) he seems curious about. So, why you feel the need to tell him what to do, and attack him personally? I think you can do better than that, and this is not the space for that kind of behavior.
@HappinessHenry I am not a man. Though, I can still offer some perspective. I just get curious about people's profiles due to discussions we have. Or they have here. I join the forums whenever I can. So, I visit them.
Sometimes people visit accidently. Come to think of it, pretty sure similar discussions were had time and again about this. As you might be new you might not know this. [I visited you didn't read how long you've been here, or much of the other little (font/size) details. So, I might visit again. lol. Irrelevant: Though, your bio contains a . (Dot) which as I read I thought something was on my screen that would not rub off.]
Also, it doesn't tell us someone's sex as we are reading the forums. Or their distance/city, country. So, we need to visit in order to find out who/where this interesting, well-spoken, cool/kind/whatever person is. Maybe something for CC to consider adding. Though, we also don't want to overload the interface. So, we've to be cautious with add-ons. With such features, I think certain visits will decrease Edit: edit unnecessary end of edit.
Also, some user/names are unisex, random or, whatnot. So, we check out profiles.
It is possible that some men are curious about you as a person because they like something about you. Maybe even interested to befriend. Or even curious/interested about cuddling with you/men. Though, they may have whatever hesitations they have. Or they thought they wanted then changed their mind due to their subjective reason/s.
In the end. It's just visits. Sometimes even the people doing that have to dig deeper for why they did that. So, to me really doesn’t matter.
As far as messaging goes. I do once in a blue moon message men first. Though, it's just not part of my personality/whatever to take an active role in such cases. It's things I am still working on understanding, and working through with myself, though. So, some people be they whatever sex are like me in that regard. Thus, if two similars encounter each other they are more likely to wait for the other to take the first step, and nothing happens.
Though, I am generally responsive* to kind messages especially, those that match my profile. I usually think when I visit someone's profile that even if they are someone I'd want to talk with, that I give them a chance to visit me, and decide if THEY'D like to talk with me. Usually the people of interest to me are people I find through searching, and filtering. So, I suppose I take a more... passive* role as opposed to initiative in this regard. Though, I try to switch up once in a blue moon, and continue working on having better understanding of myself, and others.
