Appropriate Attire

So we wear comfy clothes that modestly cover a lot of our bodies when we cuddle. You can get busted here for even suggesting otherwise. So why is it appropriate to post profile pics where you are attired otherwise? An example would be shirtless males. [not really offended by chest hair, I just haven’t started a thread in my own in a long time. In fact I’m not sure I ever have. So, this is a legit question, but don’t work too hard responding for my benefit]

@mickcuddle we do have strict photo rules, and violations may incur suspensions or bans. Seen someone shirtless?

  • I think what people maybe questioning about attire would be something like, clothes that are sexually suggestive. I think that is a difficult thing to gauge. It could be the position that the picture is taken, the size and shape of the person in the picture. Sometimes the facial expression could be suggestive. From what I’ve noticed in women, and i may be totally wrong, is that what some think is just Pretty is something others think is too much. I see women wearing the exact same clothes and my reaction is different. I think some woman could be in a 3 piece suit and make men think of sex. If i was to pose topless most people would be trying to hold their lunch and not think it’s inappropriate. But at the same time there are certain things people could wear that should be obviously inappropriate, but obviously it’s not. I don’t know the exact guidelines but i believe the bar would always move depending on the picture. Just some thoughts on the subject, i may be totally off.

  • @mickcuddle Great point! Much cannot be discussed about attire but suggestive clothing can be worn in profile pics, makes you think. Also some screen names are suggestive too.

  • I think screen names can tell it all. I seen on another site today a lady called mustacherider, I’m not sure what else i can take from that.

  • If that top pic is unacceptable, they are missing a lot on here @HoneyBooBoo

  • If I knew how to report directly to a Mod, I probably wouldn't post here

  • @HoneyBooBoo I see exactly what you mean! Cuddling at the top of a stepladder, HOWEVER ATTIRED, is totally inappropriate.

  • @HoneyBooBoo Reporting is easy. Click the three dots on the profile. Same way you friend somebody.

  • My thoughts on the picture is that it’s playful, but i see it could be something else. But I’ve seen a lot more skin in profiles. I don’t want to share anyone else’s pictures

Looks like he's suspended/paused for now. :o While I'm not going to comment on the appropriateness of the posted photo, I do find it funny that he resurrected content from an old thread where a bad actor was banned on several accounts, and he made mention of such...hmmm...

  • I guess I need to rethink posting my pic of me in just my sock puppet cuddling outfit. I needed to anyway, elephants would show up during mating season.

I think photos of men who are topless shouldn't be allowed. We spend a lot thinking about the women, and whether what they wear is appropriate, or not: I think of this as well. I can understand the issues, and that some women are borderline whatever. I also understand that things aren't always what they appear to be.

Though, we need to think more about the men's side, as well. It's not even allowed to cuddle topless. So, there is no reason for the men to be topless. If it is such a hassle to put on a tshirt/etc. for their photos. Then, there are plenty of places they can go to "show off" their bodies. I think it's a lot of people that just want to push boundaries pretending to be interested in platonic cuddles. Thanks for starting this post @mickcuddle, it is important.

@Lovelight topless photos are not allowed, and users may be sanctioned accordingly. Please report such users.

  • The only acceptable photo of a topless man would be at the beach or possibly the gym. A woman in a bikini or skimpy exercise attire would also be acceptable in those circumstances. By 'acceptable' I mean I wouldn't report them. Typically, I only view women's profiles and I've reported quite a few, mostly for being untagged pros but a few for overtly sexy photos. Just lately I've noticed an increasing number of women skirting the line of what is acceptable in their photos and their profiles. I don't report them but I strongly suspect they are not offering platonic cuddles.

@FunCartel undies? That man/ gotta go. lol. Still topless, though. I mean not topless fully. Though, half their top is uncovered.

  • @Lovelight Shhh. That is my locked profile pic. J/K. That actually is from a news story where a man tried to board a plane dressed like that—that is the dude.

  • @FunCartel lol. Know where he was going? I bet not Saudi Arabia/. That wouldn't FLY. ?
