What was your first cuddle with a stranger like?

I'm looking for stories of your first experience with the focus on what you went through mentally. Nervous? Excited? Uncomfortable? Creeped out? Did you turn into Goldie Locks and felt it was "just right?"

    There were two I cuddled with a bit. Not sure who was first.

    One stank in both the literal, and metaphorical sense. The other just stank metaphorically.

    I was pretty relaxed in the moment of cuddling with the latter guy, though. While the former, not so relaxed.

    What about you @checkingthings what was your experience like?

    @Lovelight Oh man, I have had a Cuddle where the person had bad BO. How did you handle it? I made up an excuse to cut the session short. I can tolerate a lot of things, but odors associated with bad hygiene is not one of them.

    @Lovelight I haven't had my first cuddle with a stranger. Like my user name says, I'm checking things out. Though I am a hugger with family and long time friends, this world is quite a bit outside my comfort zone.

    In the last couple of years I've been doing a lot of things to step outside my comfort zone in other aspects of my life (the most enjoyable one has been food!). And now, with all that's going on in my life, I'm in need of hugs, so life is pushing me out of my comfort zone. I'll get there some day, hopefully.

    First time with someone on the site wa s over 2 years ago with a person who has since left. She lived close to 90 min away. We talked for a week or so , then I went to her house and stayed the night . We did that a few more times until she found a boyfriend who filled those needs so didn't want to cuddle other folks anymore , which is understandable . Was nice for us both while it lasted , and completely pllatonic

    @FunCartel right... I don't commit to anything lengthy, or give such hope (at least not intentionally) so, I may choose to have a drink with someone. Or even just sit, and speak with them. [Though, out of consideration, and to give us reasonable time to talk/get a feel for each other: I generally stay for about 30 minutes.] Which allows us both to leave more easily, and quicker if need be. I am also a slow eater so, if I for example agree to lunch, we could be stuck there for a long time. So, not something I want to do with strangers. Or near strangers. ?

    In the above case, I actually had other plan(s) soon after. So, we spent about 30 minutes together: which we cuddled for about 10-15 minutes of it. It wasn't SO bad though, not pleasant, either. Seemed as though, his jacket(?) was begging to be washed. Or something. He complimented my scent, and all I could think was: "I wish I could say the same about you." ?
