What do you get out of Cuddling?

I was curious what people find they get out of Cuddling? Do you find that you do it solely for the touch, for the connection and sense of safety? Obviously we all come here for touch, just curious to hear people's thoughts on the benefits they receive.

  • Even as a professional, when cuddling with a new acquaintance or a friend, I truly feel more relaxed and happier after a session. I think the genuine connection you achieve by listening and touch is truly therapeutic. I find I also sleep sounder after a cuddle session, and I imagine this is the case for my cuddle buddies.

  • @BrittneySweet Moreover, I sleep better during a good cuddle time.

I've noticed an immune boost. I get sick less often when I'm cuddling on the regular.

Note: My immune system is lousy, so even the tiniest boost really shows up.

  • It gives an overall feeling of relaxation and good vibes. Not anything to really pinpoint. Just kind of is what it is.

  • Haven't had any success on this website, yet. But I have cuddled in the past with friends, usually after an afternoon of roughhousing, or with past girlfriends.

The warmth- both physical and ethereal, I guess, are why I cuddle. It's just nice not being alone all the time.
