Hiya, some advice to hopefully improve your chances with finding a cuddle buddy:

1 - Add pictures of yourself to your profile. This whole thing kinda involves meeting in person and being physically comfortable around the person you're with, adding pictures will make any potential cuddle buddies more open to the idea of talking to you and meeting up. It's somewhat shallow but there's also the safety and trust aspects of it which are very important.

2 - Add some content to your profile description. What do you enjoy? what do you do? any interests that you might have in common with a cuddler?

And for when you post something like you have here:

1 - Including a location in the title is key, it wastes people's time to be so non specific and will make a bad first impression.

2 - Assuming the title is your name (googling revealed nothing for a location which was my first assumption), maybe don't reveal that and nothing else? seems like one of the last things you should be revealing on the internet to strangers. There are gonna be some unsavoury people who will take advantage of your openness.

3 - Including some information on the specifics of what you want to do and with who would be a good idea. Are you open to cuddling professionals? just casual cuddlers? as a host/visitor? in a bed? on a sofa? are you after conversation too or silence? you don't have that information included on your profile so it's up to anyone's guess. These sorts of details will drastically alter a cuddle meetup's quality and attractiveness to prospective cuddle partners as everyone has their own preferences for what they want. You don't have to include every last bit of relevant information possible, but enough for anyone looking to get a good idea of what you're about and what you want would be ideal.
