Cant find a profile?

I cant physically search for anyone, and this is actually the second time where I was unable to find an account that had made an appointment with me and it just didnt happen because no profiles were found. I searched my messages over 5 times, and for the life of me cant find the client Im supposed to reach out to. is it just the profile being deleted? so I cant see the messages or is there another way to search for users?

    When a member who has messaged you ends up removing their account, it will remove all the messages from your inbox as well. That's probably what happened. It's not ideal and will change soon.

    Also if you remember their username, just type in cuddlecomfort.com/whatevertheusernameis and it'll come up. If it's been deleted, it'll say deleted. I noticed there are a couple nice changes recently in the past few days.
