Hey Cuddlers!

Let's add some fun to the forums. Do any of you enjoy playing games while cuddling? If so what games?

On the other side how do people feel about gaming during cuddling sessions? Is there anyone out there who wants to talk about why they wouldn't want to play some games during cuddling?

(This doesn't just include video games. All games. Board games, card games, table tops)

    I had a nice little game of Nintendo Tetris after a cuddle with one of my clients, and that was really nice of him to offer as a guest in his home. :) To date it's one of my favourite experiences.

    I think the board game Masterpiece would be fun. I haven't gamed while cuddling yet.

    a cuddler turned me on to a ice breaker game, "mentally stimulate me " available at amazon ?
    it was pretty cool, I purchased the game and bring it if I think a cuddler would enjoy a good ice breaker.

    There are games I'd play during cuddling (or watch my buddy play while egging them on). Certain games are fine. But some games....

    Competitive games turn me into a horrible, horrible person. Flashbacks to my mother crushing me at Monopoly, checkers, etc., then gloating about how much better a player she was than me. (She was in her thirties! I was still in single digits! And when she realized for the first time that I might beat her, she stopped playing! I never got to beat her! Argh!) My introduction to games was... not great.

    These days, I'll play against NPCs, team up with others to beat a puzzle, offer advice from over a shoulder, but nothing competitive. I don't mind losing to a game, but losing to another person upsets me way more than it should.

    Recently I've been playing Dishonored with one of my siblings—they handle the controls, I make the choices. It's fun.

    @happybear that's the game where you draw a card and it has questions that make you go more in depth with your answers and makes you think about the answers, right? Almost like 20 questions but without using your own questions.

    @DarrenWalker I totally understand your stance on competitive gaming. I'm sorry that was your introduction to gaming as well; it really takes the fun out of games when someone is gloating. As a rule I won't play monopoly or uno for those same reasons.
    Co-op games are always a good way around that. I'm happy to hear you are still able to enjoy those types of games.

    Bananagrams is fun and you can learn a lot from your opponent's vocabulary. The only problem is you need a flat surface to lay the tiles on, which is not always convenient.

    Yes, it allows you to get some depth of ones character, their viewpoint, and their personality.

    I love playing games and do it a lot. I haven’t tried cuddling while playing but it’s definitely something that I think would be great and I’d try it when I get the chance :)

    I would LOVE gaming while cuddling! That would be a blast! I’m a pretty good sport about losing since my brother used to always demand to win, especially at anything Super Nintendo. Specifically Super Street Fighter. I rarely if ever get an opportunity to play multiplayer with people, even friends. So I know it would be a lot of fun as I don’t care if I win or lose, as long as we can both laugh and cuddle during. ☺️

    I've only ever cuddled friends while gaming, but I'd love if a client scheduled a gaming-cuddling session! I love big board games like Mansions of Madness, Pandemic, and Twilight Imperium (to play the last one, though, it'd have to be a 4-8 hour cuddling session!). I also love video games, most genres.

    It defeats the purpose of CUDDLING!! I can see it as an "ice breaker", but after that... Why? It might as well be a date!

    I have definitely cuddled and played my 3DS while someone watched or laid my head in their lap or chest while they were on one of my game systems. Board games tend to be a bit less cuddly, but you can pretty successfully do some 2 player story game rpgs while cuddling. It works pretty well for folks that are pretty nervous/ can't handle silence/ being idle.

    Strategy games or RPGs may work. Action games may be a bit too high adrenaline for cuddling.

    I really like gaming while cuddling. The gaming gives you something to do and banter about, and you still get the close personal connection. When playing video games, I really like being the backrest for my partner while I wrap my arms around her and look over her shoulder. I haven't cuddled with board games, but it is something I would enjoy as well. I have done it with sonic racing and super smash brothers, but would enjoy just about any game. If it wasn't two player I could just watch and chat, or vice versa if thats what she wanted.

    Minecraft and Diablo 3 are fun co-op games that aren’t too stressful (unless you’re doing post-game/higher difficulty content in D3).

    Recently picked up a super Nintendo simulator that has all the games on it

    Been fun 😊 though to be honest, I'm usually just cuddling my cats, not clients, when gaming lol.
