Cuddles AND massages?

I've been browsing some profiles that seem to be completely legit and I notice that quite a few pros offer massages besides cuddling, their karma also would say something like: She was a great cuddler and gives great masages...
I think this can be a little misleading or be taken as "something else" any thoughts?

That’s extra services. Be weary of profiles that have extra services.

I don’t think that such a thing is misleading, or indicative of anything illicit. So, I guess that balances things out in this thread.

Or it would, if our thoughts on the matter, well...mattered. But, seeing as both of our views have zero impact on what other adults will choose to do—despite how much we may find said activities disagreeable, or whether or not those same activities go against this site’s rules—there’s very little that can be achieved in the forum.

Have you found a pro who offers prostate massages on their profile? Report them.

Has a pro messaged you offering sexual services? Report them.

Has a pro tried to sex you up during a cuddle? Report them.

Speculation, gossip, and the projecting of one’s values on the forum? None of that amounts to anything of worth.

  • So for me I offer a tender touch (massage) as a way to introduce cuddling to somebody. I’ve found that people are more open to receiving massage than cuddle when first coming to me. This doesn’t mean I’m offering extra to them. One client genuinely felt it was borderline cheating on his wife to cuddle. So I do relaxation style massage. While he relaxes i would tell home about the cuddling, the positions, and ask what he may be open to trying then I will slip hand holding in as I tenderly Touch his arm shoulder and back. At first he offered hand but was rigid now he looks to hold my hand and is relaxed. So with each session we are able to cuddle more sit side by side on couch holding hands and do the tender touch less.
He stated “it is my favorite hour out of the entire week.”
This of course is just my view on how I use massage to help with cuddling.

  • Thank you for sharing @mokissia. Unfortunately, there are some night owls who will this evening explain why you are offering escort services. I do not think you are, but there are quite a few threads popping up with these sentiments. Mostly from guys who do not get much attention or who simply want to label women.

You keep doing you. You sound great.

  • Thank you @mokissia for sharing. I have done similar before. Some of my past massage buddies actually became cuddle buddies or visa versa. Just like you many walked away with a very exciting and memorable experience. Thank you for sharing again because it motivated me to share experiences also. I agree with @FunCartel too and keep doing your thing.

  • @mokissia

I also agree with @FunCartel. Your services sound delightful.

  • My love of pro massages led to my interest in cuddling. It's that human touch element as well as the relaxation. I've struggled to find someone locally who is a decent massage provider who also cuddles. I've specifically asked a couple of my massage therapists if they would consider pro cuddling but they have declined, not wanting to cross professional lines.

I think massage can definitely be part of a platonic session.

Under the right circumstances, it’s really good practice for respecting boundaries.

  • Yeah not sure I see the problem with people offering massages and people saying they received a nice massage. If you wanna give/get a back rub and both people are cool with it, make it happen. Don't think there are any rules that say what constitutes a valid cuddle other than the consent/platonic rules.

  • Nothing wrong with massage.
Ive rarely cuddled with someone who didnt massage my back and vice versa. It is quite normal.

@melancholy I agree it is quite normal but as you can see by the second post in this thread there is a contingent who thinks it is like escorting. They do not understand that it is their responsibility not to cross boundaries.

I feel like if everything is platonic, everyone is comfortable, and everyone is a willing participant why not include massages. I get my nails done and get a complementary massage while drying my nails and I love it! Why not a little extra to help calm nerves an relax. :)

@melancholy: Same. I almost consider a nice foot or neck rub part of a cuddle. They're both equally platonic, after all....

    Unless you've got a foot/back/neck fetish, I guess.

Now, as far as massages, many jurisdictions require that you are licensed or otherwise certified as a massage therapist to offer massage services. We see no issue with platonic massages between two consenting adults. However, those offering it as a service here should be licensed/certified, and it should also be secondary to a pro's cuddle offering and part of a cuddle session.
