Oooh, it's a hard one. I've got a long list of females that I won't bother reposting. My list of male celebs to cuddle would be Prince (big fan, owner of 17 albums) or Enrique Iglesias in the 90s - my husband has a mole in the same location he had one and I find it adorable.
