@dharma1257 Report yourself to you if you touch yourself on the naughty bits. Also, when you receive a report from yourself about you, follow through and ban you. Once a boundary pusher always a boundary pusher.

If you find that you are a great Cuddler of yourself, do the right thing and leave karma for yourself, something along the lines of this:

I was on time and was very affectionate with myself. I did not want the time to end. The conversation with myself was amazing and I had many interesting stories. I gave myself a massage and it was fantastic. The only complaint I have was a mild case of deja vu.

Pamper yourself, check in with your gut feeling and hug yourself through long cleansing breaths.

Take a long warm bath or shower and massage your back with a back brush or back scratcher. Soak your feet and massage them gently with aromatic oils of your liking. Hang them high on a cushion and just breathe into your abdomen. Release.

Check into your internal GPS. What's on your mind. What's itching at your ego. What plans or ideas are brewing in your subconscious. Verbally tease and massage your self out of your feelings. Check them off as they roll off your tongue or thoughts. Own them.
Cradle your self. Wrap your arms around your shoulders, bent knees and rock your tail bone on your bed or couch and massage it. Lightly touch yourself in long and short strokes on your arms, shin, thighs and feet. Lightly carress or massage yourself on your nose bridge starting at the top of your forehead down to the tip of your be nose. Dance your finger tips slowly in a circular motion several times. Do the same rhythmic motion on your forehead and cheeks. Especially the sides of the forehead and cheek bones. Play with your finger tips till you feel your nerves tingle. Do the same thing with your toes and arches in the feet. Breathe. Always.

Finish off with another hug. This time a body pillow, plush bear, weighted blanket or whatever ever object or even animal you prefer. I used to cuddle my cat before she passed away several years ago. It was our routine down at home time every time I came home from work or took a long road trip somewhere. It kept us connected. Now I use long pillows.

  • I put on “Goodbye Horses” by Q Lazzarus and stare at myself in the mirror. “I’d cuddle me,” I say. “I’d cuddle me hard.”

  • @FunCartel lol. I like that idea about giving myself karma, i hope i dont let myself down and at least get a positive review

  • @Bles Thank you for the detailed reply, instructions, they are good and helpful.

I dont have a pet but i like the idea of how you cuddled with your cat,

Years ago i saw the film "What the bleep do you know?" and in it, there is a scene where Marlee Matlin, the main character is in the bathtub and she is just loving herself, sending herself love and caresses and loving her body, touching it lovingly, after years of abuse and hatred towards herself and her body. This scene reminds us that our cells in our body respond to love just as they respond to hatred, and it is better for us to send love to ourselves. This scene is a example of healthy self cuddling or self love.

  • @FunCartel You remind me of the lawyer that accidentally sued himself. Basically he convinced a client to sue a company that the client bought and refinanced their house through because they charged a $60 fee for faxing statements. He got others involved and several other firms to make it a class-action lawsuit.

While they were collecting evidence, it was discovered that there was a title company that was partnered in that had actually collected the fees in question. The original lawyer was the owner of that title company. The original lawyer resigned himself from representation and the other firms he got involved proceeded in adding his company to the lawsuit that he started.

  • Two words. Weighted Blanket.
I love mine, helps a ton when I'm in a cuddly mood.
