What good is it to have people on here that haven't logged in in over 3 months. And if they're on here and you message them, do they get an email so they know someone is interested?
Depending on their settings they will get an email or they will get a less frequent email with a summary of messages! I'm not sure if it's possible to completely disable email notifications.
@bleepcord I get NO email notifications so it must be. Unless they are all unwittingly going to spam.
@littermate Teach me your ways haha. To be fair, I haven't dug too deep into the matter. I suppose it is possible they are being flagged for spam. It seems pretty likely that older profiles end up just marking those emails as spam rather than taking the time to delete their accounts.
Regardless. @Sandy44 you can filter profiles that have been inactive for a while out of your searches!
You never know what's going to happen. I'm currently talking to a friendly woman who contacted me out of the blue and not because of seeing me in the forum, she doesn't read it. She's been a member since 2015, and logs in every couple of months to see if there are any new profiles. She said I was the first person she messaged on here because of something I had on my profile and she was taking a chance.
We went back and forth on messages a couple of days, but our messages turned into novels. So I gave her my number, and we had a 2-hour call on Monday. Going to have our second phone conversation tonight. So I guess semi-active people that only log in a couple of times a year is a thing.
People go on hiatus, life happens, etc. etc. They should not have to set up a new account when they return. Likewise, when you search the most recently active profiles are at the top and descend chronologically from there. So stop at a certain point when you see somebody that hasn’t been around for a month. No big deal.

@bleepcord Being very nervous about cuddling, I limited my availability to meet. Now I want to add "host" and "guest", and every day except Sunday, I don't know how to edit my profile. Help, please?
@okinawasea8 there should be a settings bar you can click. There will be a bunch of options like looking at the forum or seeing your friends. But if you look further, you will see something that says “edit profile”. Click on it, edit what you want and then scroll to the bottom and click save ☺️
