    @JRBlublu. Dear JR, you need to contact the administration at the contact icon, top right of the screen, there is a form to fill out but yes, anybody in all but a few counties can be a paid cuddle therapist.
    I wish you well and play safe, if you change your area and span out to 300miles and search, you will find paid Cuddle buddies, there are some in Spain.
