I use overstuffed pillows and weighted blankets.
Find a steady cuddle buddy. Both get tested for COVID-19 once a week. Ride out the storm in sweet bliss.
It's interesting in the video how they suggest that we can use our other senses to partly make up for a lack of touch. eg. make a fragrant recipe and pay special attention to the smell. @HarcoDude thanks for sharing.
Cuddle ASMR. Seriously. Put in some earbuds and pull up YouTube. Also body pillows and copious amounts of regular pillows.
