heard some people experience this. Does it apply to both gender or only male have this?
I think women are perhaps more likely than men, to sleep during a cuddle. A female partner once complained that I didn't sleep while we cuddled ; but I felt that would be like sleeping during a good movie, I didn't want to miss a moment of it.
If that's generally true, women are less likely than men, to sleep afterwards.
I've had several clients say they slept very well after an evening session w/me. I don't fall asleep during a cuddle for professional and safety reasons but I admit to being drowsy from relaxation during a few of my longer sessions.
I could easily pass out during and after a cuddle, but like @MissX mentioned, I don’t fall asleep during sessions for the same reasons.
A deep sleep after a nice cuddle is my norm. I'd go so far as to say it's been a great way to fight insomnia, except I'd need more consistent cuddles... in the name of science... and vested self-interest
I was out for the bulk of two days after I finally got home from my marathon cuddle session... Luckily I didn't have anything preventing that or I would have been a mess!!

It’s a normal thing! Amongst everybody - I’ve noticed. Cuddling is a great way to get to sleeping!

I cant imagine why it would he gender bias
I actually don’t fall asleep after unless for whatever reason it’s super late at night. Usually afterwards I go about whatever my typical routine would be for that day/evening.
