So I will be visiting the Baltimore area for September. Anyone know of any “must see” tourist attractions?

The national aquarium is great
I would highly suggest getting some quality seafood, especially steamed Maryland blue crab by the pound, ( it will be on season when you’re there ). If you’re not familiar with how to eat a whole crab you should learn & give it a try. SO good. Or play it safe with crab cakes. Either way I strongly recommend Nicks Fish House
The B & O railroad museum is probably my all-time favorite baltimore attraction. It’s so worth checking out if you have any interest in trains or the history of the railroad. Lots of awesome old engines & railcars to take pictures on too!
And if you’re looking for some unique shops, cafes, and small local bars with live music - the neighborhood of Hampden, specifically 36th street is where you want to be. It’s not a tourist hotspot, but’s it’s great! I’d be happy to put together a list of businesses in that area to check out.

If you have access to a car and want a delicious and satisfying family style meal, check out Friendly Farm Restaurant in UpperCo (FriendlyFarm.net), about 25 minutes north of the Inner Harbor by way of I-83.
If you want a unique and eclectic dining experience in Baltimore proper, the Paper Moon Diner is a fan favorite (papermoondiner24.com), on West 29th street just off I-83.
