Snacking while Cuddling

Does anybody like to snack on or eat while cuddling and what?

If I’m going to snack/eat while cuddling it’s usually either pretzels, potato chips, etc. Sometimes Chinese food could be nice. Same for pizza!!

  • Not while cuddling. I did an all day cuddle once and we took a break in between to eat. I would never snack or eat while cuddling.

  • Is this really a topic?

  • Yeah but I try to keep it light so I dont feel all bloated and full. Dont wanna accidentally dutxh oven somebody ....

  • I’ve had a couple where we would have a chocolate bar or something but if a cuddler ever asked to have a full blown snack attack, man, I am in!!

  • Charcuterie is nice to have on the side and maybe some grapes. Nothing that crumbles, stains, ect for obvious reasons. Breath mints are a good touch post snack. 😂

I have had clients that like to take snack breaks in-between long cuddle days. I just go with the flow when it comes to each person and their needs too.

  • @MrFirefighter ~ Heck yeah this is a topic!

Yes!!! ~ To any kind of snack that doesn't require utensils or a mess of napkins, and doesn't have lingering odors or biological consequences...

Yeah I'm talking about you broccoli florets! Stop trying to sneak your way into raw cut veggie variety mixes! 🚫🥦

  • @MissAdventurous ,

What is Charcuterie? Grapes sound nice!!

  • Charcuterie is like a meat platter that you can dress up with nuts, fruits, cheese, and such. I like to freeze grapes and use them to keep the wine cold instead of ice cubes which would water it down.

  • @DonLonG
It IS wrong to snack on your cuddle.

  • I can imagine a scenario where maybe I'm sitting on a couch with a friend and they're laying their head on my thigh and we're watching a movie and snacking on pretzels and popcorn. :)

  • I think it's a great idea to have some snacks. Grapes and cheese that sounds really good. As long as we can both agree that it's okay why not.

  • @MrFirefighter I feel that way about most of the topics on this forum.

  • The best way to get silence in a crowded room of people who are waiting for something, is to get everyone's attention and say, "We'll be starting soon, just talk among yourselves for a moment".

My feeling is that many of these threads are just the smalltalk at a party, that can lead to other conversations.

  • @spuds <- Your name is a side dish... and could also be an easy cuddle snack.

    Mmm... Potato Spuds... 🥔🍽

Looking forward to the next forum topic you or @MrFirefighter come up with!

  • Popcorn 🍿 of course!!

Grapes, cheese, cheese-its, pretzels,... protein drink, ... absolutely important to keep blood sugar balanced!

  • Chocolate goes without saying it 😋
    Now I'm hungry. Lol

  • @quixotic_life - You're addicted to spuds.

  • @Mike403 ~ omg! Lol ~ So true!
Back in my early young "adult" days my friends all called me "Potato Princess" ~ 🥔👸

    "I can't deny they've got appeal..."

Lol ~ @spuds ~ Were you aware one of your Cuddle Buddies is a close friend of Weird Al's and he wrote a special "post-cuddle" song about how they were feeling towards you?

Honestly some soft pretzel bites and pub cheese would be amazing rn

  • How about sharing an unusual snack during a cuddle, so that ( like an unusual smell ), the taste becomes imprinted on the mind as associated with cuddling ? That way, one could help relive the cuddling event, by eating that snack ; either independently, or while talking with / watching each other on the phone.

  • Good snacks:

    • Grapes
    • Charcuterie boards
    • Nothing - focus on cuddling and feed your face when you're done and vertical

    Bad snacks while cuddling:

    • Garlic anything
    • Onion anything
    • Celery
    • Popcorn
    • Crackers
    • Cotton Candy
    • Pigskins/Pork rind chips
    • Kimchi
  • Add to good snacks.
    Cake / biscuit
    Fries / chips

    Add to bad snacks.
    Spare ribs
    Corn on the cob
    Chicken wings
    Crab / lobster
    Soup
    One's cuddle partner

  • I'm trying to picture eating crab/lobster while cuddling. Not a pretty sight.

Where would cuddling inside a coffeehouse/coffee shop fall under snacking while cuddling? ;) Inquiring minds want to know! I actually had someone ask me how much they should charge for a public cuddle? LOL

  • I suppose that if people sat opposite and entwined their feet and legs, they could have a normal meal.

I think snacking while cuddling is cool especially when you're bonding and watching movies or a show together. I thinks it's a good ice breaker and easy level of platonic intimacy even

  • When I read @Lev136 question:
"Does anybody like to snack on or eat while cuddling and [on] what?"

    Followed by:
"If I’m going to snack/eat while cuddling it’s usually either pretzels, potato chips, etc. Sometimes Chinese food could be nice. Same for pizza!!"

So I figured the scenario was:
    Cuddle
    Break for Snacks
    Cuddle

But reading some of the replies it seems that some are thinking:
The Cuddling -and- the Snacking are happening simultaneously!

So I'd like to clarify that my original response was based on having a marathon type cuddle session where a snack break would be appreciated due to the length of time. Otherwise, I'd just plan accordingly and would eat either before or after, or both before and after.

But I for sure wouldn't want eating and cuddling happening at the same time! I have enough problems with keeping even the most tidy of snacks out of my hair as it is - There's no way I'd want the potential of someone else's chewed goo potentially getting in there too. Eww!!

  • @quixotic_life - Depends on the type of cuddle. If you're cuddling on a couch while watching a movie, break out the popcorn.

  • @Mike403 as long as there is zero chance that any part of my being might somehow end up as a napkin, fine.

I would say yes as long as it’s not crumbling. Definitely take a break to eat if need be but definitely hydrate
