What’s up with that “other” cuddling site?

[Deleted User]SnuggleMe62 (deleted user)

So, am I the only one a little suspicious of that other cuddling site? The pros on there are asking anywhere from 120-160 an hour for cuddling. At those prices, it makes me think its a front for more than just cuddling!

Nah bro they just know their target audience

  • I would never see a pro charging that much wow. What site is that ?

  • Maybe hugs with benefits 🤷‍♀️

  • The rates are higher because the other site automatically takes 40% from the pro.

My understanding is it is dur to the percentage that is given to the site. From what I can tell it seems to be more for hiring cuddlers without the social aspect of the forums and messaging system like here so the folks who visit the site are basically on there to hire a cuddler, hence the perception of more disposable income . I dont think that Is indicative of shadiness , as many pros on this site are also on the other sites and charge accordingly. Also though not as common I do see that some cuddlers on here charge upwards of 150 so it's not just the other sites.

  • I was on another site as a pro and they set your minimum. I believe it was $60/hr with a 2 hr minimum.

  • Seems like the other sites have their own way of getting their fair share.

    Extra curricular cuddling lol

  • A higher price is perhaps an indication that it is more "transactional", that the client only has to make contact and pay the money. They don't want a lot of pre-meeting dialogue.

Lower prices are often enthusiasts trying to not be out of pocket, rather than "proper" pros trying to make a profit. My analogy is taxi-drivers vs. people who pick up hitch-hikers and just want a contribution for the gas.

Higher rates can be because they think their cuddle is better in some way, within the rules, like a waitress pouring coffee with a free smile and chat.

  • Btw I couldn't find any other cuddling websites that is legit like cuddle comfort... Could anyone share any other sites for cuddles

  • I think CC frowns upon people using the forum to advertise their competitors.

Advertising in general breaks the rules but it's ok to organically discuss 'competitor' websites.

  • I guess you guys haven't checked what pros are charging on this site. Over $100/hr is pretty common. I've seen up to $200/hr.

  • CC is far better than the others I took myself off those there were way too many wanting more than I was willing to give. I've met amazing Cuddlers here and great advice. As far as I see there is no competition.

  • other sites also take higher cuts and require deposits from cuddlers prior to the session that goes to the site admin, not the pro.

My guess would be that on any given site ; the proportion of clients asking for extras, would be proportional to the proportion of pro-cuddlers offering them. A door-to-door salesman getting no luck after 200 houses, would probably try a different town. You wouldn't try selling lawnmowers to people who live in apartment blocks.

You probably didn't "belong" on the other site, glad to have you here. 😊

  • I’ve used the “other” cuddling site once.

  • I'd be interested to hear from pro-cuddlers in and around Nevada ( and England ), if the convenience of legal brothels / sex workers means they get less boundary pushing and fewer requests for extras ; compared to e.g. Florida, New York, where a client looking for that would find the trip much more awkward.

My guess is that clients wouldn't pay X dollars / hour to a pro-cuddler, in the hope of getting something ; which for the same money, they can guarantee from a sex worker.

Simple economics suggests they should save up, and instead of say 5 awkward cuddle sessions, have 1 full-service session. Flights to Nevada can't be that much, unless you are in Alaska or Hawaii.

    @UKGuy @SnuggleMe62
I've seen a pro that charges $300 an hour on here.

  • Many clients probably think that non-smoking is worth "A Few Dollars More".

    Adding in @Jade_Elise for courtesy.

I'm glad to say that account has a clean record with no red flags beyond the price.

  • Plus there isn’t open discussion forms on the “other” website
The deposit upfront fee for the client does work effectively .
But nowhere near as much volume or people like we get on here ☝️
CC is the best cuddling website and cuddling community As a whole .

  • @geoff1000 I'm glad I'm here too 🤗 I'm enjoying everyone's company :)

I booked someone from the other site once. But I'm much more comfortable here ^_^

  • Hi friends, I hiked up my rate during COVID times because cuddling is a very high risk activity and I’m not willing to risk my health with a lot of cuddling at my regular rate. I am also a certified yoga teacher and healer. My time is valuable, I have a lot to offer to help my clients (within CC guidelines) and I have the right to ask whatever I like.

These have been really challenging times. It would be kind to think a little bit more and be compassionate before you start making assumptions and accusations about people.

Thanks so much geoff1000 for looping me in. Hope you are all well and safe. Sending lots of love 🙏🏼❤️

  • @Jade_Elise
    You are very welcome. 😊

  • @Jade_Elise Sending good vibes your way! ☺️

  • What other site ? Is this the cuddlist site ? I would call that one the flagship of pro cuddling .

  • They take more off the top from the professionals session fee, but they also screen their clients before they get to the professionals. Not sure if that is the site everyone is speaking of, but that’s one I know of, aside from this one.
