Anyone else feel bad when a pro cancels cause of their other gig ?

like I get that for some pros cuddling is just a side thing they do when they have nothing better to do.   But it kinda feels bad when they cancel because some other gig popped up after they already committed to a session time.   
Seems like that's not a professional thing to do.

    It depends how they went about it. If they simply messaged and said sorry can't make it and that was it, I would t be happy. If they politely explained and offered a make up session at a discount or free hour, I would think that was fine.

    no one has ever offered a discount or anything to make up for it lol.

    Been doing this for 14 months now and seen a lot of pros on this and another site.  
    But about 4 times.   Most recent was two weeks ago.  She found a better job and I guess she's not cuddling anymore.   
    Oh wait. Make that 5.   Forgot one.  Lol.  
    At least that one is my fb friend.   So we keep in touch.

    It's happened two times to me with a professional cuddler from Craigslist. The worst part was that she cancelled on me that same day on such short notice.

    Only 5 cancellations in 14 months? That doesn't sound bad when you consider everyone is entirely responsible for their own service and some are naturally better at running a business than others.

    Well yes the number is low and that's great.  It still sucks when someone does it though lol.  
    But hey I just saw a great pro this week and she didn't do that so I'm happy.  
    This site has helped me find a few great pros.

    It also depends on the number of sessions that he's had. Let's say in 14 months, he's had 10 sessions, 5 cancellations would be 50%

    He said he had seen "a lot of pros" but I guess we don't have a benchmark for that.

    Although "cuddling" is not my primary job, I've never cancelled on a client.  When I make a commitment, I follow through:-)

    Ok so a lot of pros to me means about 11 pros multiple sessions with some of them.   
    So out of 11 pros 5 were unprofessional etc.  
    its not the time but how many are just flakes or don't care about sessions they planned with you.

    For arguments sake I suppose it depends on the number of sessions. The best cuddler will occasionally cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. But if those cancellations were for just another "side gig" then that's a different story.

    Yea the primary thing I was talking about here is when some pros are only doing this when they have nothing else to do.  And they cancel their sessions whenever something else comes up.  Not because of some unforeseen circumstances.   Lol.

    By the way, I should mention that there are definitely some great pros here.  Just see the karma I left them.  I love those pros. and I'm glad this site exists or I wouldn't have met them.
