Usually that the person forgot to pay their cut of the price of the session to the site. Not necessarily anything nefarious
But what they do to the pro while they try and get their cut is another matter. Perhaps appendages and a hammer are the behind the scenes negotiating tools. Can’t say for sure. Ask Mark how he collects debts.
If the account is paused, can a pro reactivate their account once they pay their cut?
Yes, particularly where a payment is already scheduled but failed for whatever reason. They can update their card and pay the outstanding amount in their own time which then restores the account.
By the way, paused accounts can happen for other reasons completely unrelated to professional cuddling. One example being a verification request when an account is suspect or proof of age if someone appears under 18.
