I have done that. It's not really my favorite thing though. I keep worrying that I'm not giving enough attention to one of the cuddlers lol. I also had kind of a bad experience where 2 friends kept chatting about a lot of personal stuff almost like I wasn't even there.
I recently had the pleasure of a double cuddle courtesy of @BellaSera and @sophialoren123 and it was a very nice experience. They turned me into a Mikey Sandwich at the beginning of our 2 hour session and we shifted around a few times so everyone could get the full experience. Two different ladies with very distinct personalities, two hours of fun.

I find cuddles with multiple people to be more comfortable and less awkward.
As for giving people adequate attention, we’re just cuddling, like kittens in a basket. It’s not work. We lay like spoons or whatever is comfortable and relax. Easy. Reposition when someone needs to. No big deal.
