I would tell myself that the path ahead is long, and when the path strays from what i need i would tell myself to carve my own path.
It took me way too much time to understand that the path is not just for following, the path can be made as well.

to forget credit cards all together except for car repairs only. seriously its so ridiculously easy to get into debt and hell on earth near improbable trying to get out of it. (OR....Max out a super high limit card a couple years before the pandemic, and then file bankruptcy lol).

to Lock my room door while sleeping even if im scolded or grounded by my dad. my sister routinely stole everything i had a passion for growing up, and my parents did nothing to stop her. cant ever forget that.
to swap contact info with some chicks i had a thing going with who i lost contact with later.
to tell either go with my highschool gf to the halloween party were she eventually cheated on me or do something with her on that day to keep her from going. (some guy took advantage of her while under the influence and messsed up a long term ship i had with her. ),
to start drinking and checking out the party scences as soon as im 21. (i got into late in the game after 23)
to check out conventions sooner. (also did this later like probly 22? unsure.)
maybe tell myself some lotto numbers or teach myself stock options lol.
to walk out of class and not come back if im picked on. and continue to do so until the school wises up and transfers me into another class or something (i dealt with more shit in school it hurts to rememeber sometimes)
to eat healthier and maybe do a sport.
to not bother with college or college prep.
possibly take drama class or chorus (apparently really nice group of ppl in those, easy to make friends, and fun)
