☝️Have you ever tried professional massage session, then cuddles💆‍♂️😀

Usually I don't enjoy cuddle session if I haven't had massage session, because I feel tired, sleepy, can't focus, lazy, nervous etc. also can't give my energy to the cuddler, i get tired my arms have tensions, need stretching and cuddle session is like wasted.
Is like gym workout without worms up and stretching. If don't do them u likely to have tensions and injury.

When I have massage session, if I'm tired ,I  feel active, focused, awake like you had worm up or exercise.
Benefits of massage.
• reduced muscle tension

• improved circulation

• stimulation of the lymphatic system

• reduction of stress hormones

• relaxation

• increased joint mobility and flexibility

• improved skin tone

• improved recovery of soft tissue injuries

• heightened mental alertness

• reduced anxiety and depression

My pro amazing talented and 1 of best massage therapists also cuddles.

I like to have first professional massage for 30 minutes, stretching, so my body ready for cuddle session so I can enjoy and focused, awake with not getting tired and have tensions, sleepy .%100👌 amazing .
Even if I haven't had massage session before cuddles I do little worm up or stretching so no tensions, tiredness, feeling sleepy is much better than haveing coffee☕.
Both helped me to reduce anxiety if I have them regularly. Also exercise does.

  • No I haven't sounds amazing! I agree, having a stretch session before a massage is very important. It will make the massage benifet last even longer!

@craM is really wasted if don't have either massage session or worm up,stretching or exercise. I love to focus and enjoy the cuddles😍 try it just ☝️ once, its wonderful 👌
Sorry having stretching before cuddles so cuddles last long and u enjoy more.

  • I get both professional massages and cuddles, but never have had one right after the other, I would like to try that sometime.

  • @MGKelly63 try them both, first professional massage then cuddles. Awesome

  • @Ahmedali999 Thanks, I will try that one day.

  • @MGKelly63 you are more then welcome.

  • Being an LMT.CR......I feel the need to chime in on this topic. So to have it straight from the horse's mouth ( sort of speak)..... If a professional lisenced massage therapist cares about keeping their license they worked hard to aquire,,,they will make sure to keep the session ethical and non sexual. Same thing with Reflexology. Reflexology alone helps. Some clients are contraindication to massage. Reflexology can be another avenue to help them. Again stressing ethics....because anyone can easily assume combining cuddling with massage can lead to the imagination in some people....one must emphasize and educate their clients the difference between an LMT and a masseuse. An LMT that respects the integrity of the medical field will not give unethical or sexual contact. If a pro cuddler has combined careers/professions...they need to cling to ethics so they can maintain and build a good reputation and be known for consistent, truly professional services that keep both themselves and every client safe while addressing the client's needs. Emotional release like crying for example, and mental release like talking alot suddenly is normal and LMTs are professionally trained on how to ethically manage the session by " holding ground" for the client during such moments of extra vulnerability. Also in our professional training, we are taught that due to natural increase of blood flow throughout the body, it should be of no Suprise to the LMT should any tenting occur. To maintain a healthy environment for the client, we are supposed to not embarrass the client, judge the client, or even bring up the observation, and just avoid the area regardless. Proper draping such as extra layers help protect the privacy rights of the client. You know you are experiencing a true professional LMT if the session is ethical. I have heard there are several LMTs on this site. This post is meant to be informative only on the difference of an LMT and a masseuse in general. The ethical boundaries stated within the cuddling contract for pros on this site compliments the ethics of pro LMTs who have state/board licenses to protect. I would advise that terms of contracts be honored, and the safety and well being of everyone involved be a top priority. I am not promoting neither discouraging anything, but simply wish to empower others reading this to make more informed decisions for themselves.

  • @CuddlyMinx interesting informations thanks. that's the purpose of massage, body treatment, and cuddles soul healing i think 😁

  • @CuddlyMinx - full on agreement here. There are professional safeguards and ethics that guide massage therapy sessions.

Let's not blur the lines here, @Ahmedali999 - the two (massage therapy and cuddling) are completely separate, for specific reasons, such as going from less-than-clothed/draped by a sheet massage therapy session followed by cuddling. The other potential issue is pro LMTs risking their licensure with such offerings.

Folks on here have a difficult enough time creating a space or opportunity to cuddle, let alone adding a pro LMT component to the mix.

    Let's wrap this one up.
