A question for the professional cuddlers

edited January 2022 in General

I posted a previous thread about role playing. I got some pretty decent feedback about it.

That got me thinking even more. What are some of the weirdest, and most uncomfortable, non-sexual/non-kink situations that a client has asked you to do during their cuddle session?

I'm specifically asking about non-sexual/non Kink, because I've heard thousands of stories already, from professional cuddlers, about clients who tried to turn their session into a sexual one. This does not mean that it's less severe nor am I excusing it. So, I must repeat myself, I am specifically asking about the non-sexual/non kink experiences that were weird and uncomfortable.

@Odinson87 we have had this question before, but professional cuddlers aren't going to discuss their sessions in that detail here on the forums. There are confidentiality concerns as professionals. Wishing you all the success here 😊

  • Frankly, anyone asking for or expecting any other kind of service or “feature” in our cuddle session that wasn’t already discussed prior. It doesn’t feel consensual to make requests or demands at a cuddle date, and put a cuddler on the spot or risk their discomfort. I wouldn’t do that to a cuddle client, and I am selective with clients to ensure it does not happen to me. I am very responsible with my own triggers as a child abuse and sexual assault survivor, and I do my best to avoid “wildcard” clients that would do this to a pro.

Golden rule: “treat others how you want to be treated”
PLATINUM RULE: “treat others how they want to be treated”

PLATINUM RULE: “treat others how they want to be treated”

    I love this.

  • @MCcuddles2 I worked in a hospital where this was the cardinal rule in the company culture, and it was one of the least toxic workplaces I’ve ever had the pleasure of being apart of. I hold it in my heart forever 💙

  • @OhioMike is exactly right. For pro cuddlers that care about their cuddlers and their feelings, I wouldn’t feel comfortable blasting all the weird or off putting things I’ve experienced with them. I’m sure they would feel like I’ve shamed them. Especially if it’s way off base and makes it obvious to them that we’re mentioning them. So no, we keep that kind of stuff to ourselves. 👍🏻👍🏻

  • I had a cuddler fall asleep on me less than five minutes in and basically
slept for two hours. So I have role played a mattress.

  • I once had a situation where a client's family member tried to book me, and the family member had no idea that I had worked with their family member before. That's all the details I will give because I don't want to identify anyone, but it was an ethical nightmare to untangle. It was one of those crazy situations you only see in movies or sitcoms. So no shame to the clients in question, just a very awkward and somewhat humorous situation.

  • @xandriarain it does sound like something that would happen on Seinfeld or something lol

  • Two threads, similar topics - I'm going to close this one.

@Odinson87 - I admit these posts and questions are mighty close to an uncomfortable fetish line for me, despite the disclaimers. I'm gonna ask that you carefully consider your future posts.
