The site itself doesn't discriminate (as you may have guessed from all the gender and sexuality options it provides)... but the people on the site may be a different matter.
There are a lot of LGBTQ+ people and our allies here: there are also a fair number of bigots.
Report any blatant mistreatment you get, and you can count on the mods (unpaid volunteers, all of them) to make as sure as they can that it doesn't happen again—you can't count on receiving no mistreatment at all, I'm sorry to say.
In my experience, that's about as friendly as it gets on a site that welcomes everybody! I hope you have a good time here. I mostly have.

It makes me sad that there is even a need to ask this question. Like isn’t being LGBTQ+ friendly just being a decent human being? I think what we what should be asking instead is who has a problem with the LGBT community so we can weed them out of our lives.

There are individuals here who are LGBTQ+ friendly. There are also people here who are not LGBTQ+ friendly. This shouldn't be too surprising, really, given that many people use this site.
In regard to the forum, well...
It's somewhat common to see threads or posts that are anti-LGBTQ+. Usually, when something of that nature pops up, there will be a few voices condemning the hateful/misguided rhetoric. But, for every piece of justified condemnation, there are two more posts that dismiss the problematic beliefs or opinions that are shared, under a sickly guise of "being inclusive".
So, what you get are threads spiraling out of control, because it's deemed more important to let people share their horrid beliefs that demean entire groups, than it is to defend those groups and condemn those spewing garbage.
It's my opinion that the inclusivity of the forum is a frail thing, because it extends to bigots for the sake of a mandatory "harmony".

@Vkashi the site is, yes, and so are most of us. But as has already been pointed out, sadly that's not true of everybody who uses the site. If you hit trouble be quick to use the Report button, the mods here are very good.
@HogboblinZwei the site exists to help those who need a cuddle to find one. Everybody is welcome here ... and "everybody" is a pretty diverse group.
Broadly speaking, the more bigoted, intolerant and unpleasant somebody is, the more they need a cuddle. Banning them is condeming a human being to just a little bit more misery, and it is not done lightly.
When a thread does get out of control it's usually a handful of people getting heated in the middle of the US night, and the thread is closed over breakfast.

As you said, this site exists to help people find cuddles. However, I don't think it's anyone's responsibility to make their cuddle partner a better individual. That places a ton of weight on a person who...you know...is just looking for a cuddle. Also: I can't recall ever seeing "I want to make someone a less awful person" on an enthusiast's page, or a professional profile. And even if someone did want to do that—cuddles aren't magic.
