You’re not alone, I literally wrote a post about this yesterday. Not sure where it is though. Honestly I feel there is 0 accountability for the professionals. They can respond… if they want to ghost… if they want to and even cancel last minute etc if they want to. There seems to be more than enough business so they really don’t give a $hit about professionalism. I’ve recently received a response from a message I sent 5 months ago talking about sorry for the delayed response🤦🏾♂️
Here are some suggestions that might help:
Look at when they were last online. If it hasn’t been within the last few days they probably aren’t very active. Look for pros who have been on the site for awhile, have karma, and have logged in within the last 3 days. You are much more likely to get a response.
Read their profile first and pay attention to how they like to go about booking an appointment. For instance, if it says send a photo with your first message if you don’t have one on your profile, do it. If they say introduce yourself first, do that.
There are pros here who take professional cuddling seriously and others who don’t. For most, this is a side gig that they fit in between their regular job and other responsibilities.
Good luck. There are quite a few wonderful pros. It may take some effort on your part to find them.

I have also found success in sometimes asking for feedback. Try to see things through the other persons eyes.
Acknowledge that you noticed they didn't respond, then ask if they have any suggestions for your profile page. That will a lot of times open up dialog. You might find out they have just been busy or have other issues going on. You may find out information was lacking on your profile that they would have liked to see. Either way your now communicating.
Also when I send messages I try to leave it with a question to encourage dialog. If you keep the communication going and you develop some report they will eventually ask you if you want to book.
It also gets easier as you get Karma. It will happen.
