Safety Policy

I see lots of very lovely people here... so my concern is:
Are you safe enough? I am worried about many of you.

As Personal Safety Policy
I suggest you to systematically inform someone (possibly another 1-2 cuddlers):
1. where are you going and
2. when you plan to return and
3. to confirm you are back safe
every time you meet someone.

If a moderator is reading this please try your best to add these checks to the rules, so that this can be applied easily.

If you don't care for yourself, please care for your friends and let others care for you.

It reads kind of like a bot's first attempt at compiling a cuddling profile. Not bad. Just very weird.

Uh, side note on security for folks in the USA:

Your social security number used to be assigned based on where and when your social security card was issued.

If you tell somebody online where and when you were born—like, down to the zip code, hour, and minute—don't be surprised if they manage to reverse engineer your SSN out of it. Takes a bit of luck, but it can be done.

(If you were born after 2011, don't worry about it.)

This will not save everybody, is just prevention, to act responsibly about individual safety.

I think a best practice is to share your exact location (with gmaps or similar) with 2 friends ready to act quickly in case of problem... and to inform your clients about your policy before you meet them
