@Mama_Bre my understanding is that it is sort of like a Woodstock for all things sci fi and nerdy . I'm just looking forward to the hot cos play duds, oh and the furries. I've heard the after parties can be pretty out of control

@pmvines - I LOVE DragonCon. I went every year from about 2012-2019. They were averaging about 50,000 attendees during that time frame but I have no idea how many are attending now.
@JohnR1972 person I'm going with has been every year as well, other than 2020 of course . I've never been to one of these things before but it does seem really fun! Even though I'm not generally interested in a lot of the subject matter it seems like such a good time with genuinely nice people . And the hot cos players of course 😇

Just got home from my first skydiving jump with @SCityCuddler (my first but she is more experienced than me). Now we are talking about scheduling another fun outing and inviting more people to join us but we will start a new thread when we have a few more details worked out 😊
