  • @taymarie911 what about it is inaccurate?

  • How will moderators contact someone if there is a problem? Someone texted saying they were a mod and wanted to talk about someone who was reported. seem strange

    @Cruaxxal So you get a text to your phone?

    @Cruaxxal
    Moderator here. The list of current moderators can be found at the top of this thread:
    https://www.cuddlecomfort.com/forum/discussion/2999/forum-rules-your-moderators#latest

    When you say you were texted, do you mean via actual text message off-site? If so, unless you know the mod personally, they would not be texting you (we don’t have your phone number). If you meant on the site, then that is possible as we look in to reports involving misconduct and will ask people about their experience with the suspect in question. Though some members with ill intentions will claim to be mods in their messages to try to get info themselves about someone. If that is the case, please report that person.

  • @Cruaxxal , I've been contacted by a moderator via DM on the site in conjunction with an investigation they were conducting.

    They identified themselves and were very professional.

    I would assume any mod would communicate via the site platform rather than texting through a phone or by email even if they personally knew you just to keep all records on the site.

  • A mod will also have a large outline block around their message coming in to your inbox.

  • Where is the TOS/rules? I can’t find them anywhere
