Best and worst cities for professional cuddling

I want to hear both sides; which cities have the best selection of cuddle therapists and which seem to have the most abundance of good clients (by good, I mean respectful), and which cities are the worst?

    Well ok I doubt it's the best, but I think it might at least deserve to be eleventh on the list.

    @CuddleDuncan, you are probably right, and I am sure London is the best in the UK. Of course, I was thinking in my insulated American way and selected the ten most populous metro areas in the US. However, I am sure there are other cities that aren't on the list.

    London is the best in Europe by a country mile. But there are more people in the big centres in the US like NYC and LA.

    Not sure where else outside the US might qualify. Toronto maybe?
