Yes, and they'll do it to Pros they are even talking to and trying to book a session with while some will search various cities to see what Pros are there, stalk, and see what they can find.

Makes sense to devote our surveillance budget to stoping actual dangerous sexual predators who everyone would agree should not be on the site. My sense is that is indeed where most of the focus is.

@CuddleDuncan - I dialed into local computers known as Bulletin Board Systems. I didnt get on the actual internet until the mid '90s.

@Mike403 I'm trying to remember when I first used the internet internet, and I can't. Like you it would have been early/mid 1990s. I do remember by 1996 I was bouncing up and down wanting daily access, which I didn't have. Got it at work in about '97.
I didn't start using the internet until probably '94/'95... I was 8 🤣
Not true, @cuddles_ndream - they had word processors (usually IBM) AND electric typewriters in '85/'86. #BeenThereDoneThat
But to the younger generations like yourself, the typewriter isn't far from stone and chisel. The internet was still the equivalent of carrier pigeon.
@cuddles_ndream actually it's even worse than you think. When I first sent an email I literally wrote a letter to the person I'd sent it to, to say I'd written them an email. They replied by letter (we all wrote letters in those days, by hand not on typewriters) to say they had replied by email.
To check my email I had to go to a computer room, book in, and learn how to check emails. That room was the only place I could send and receive. Since nobody had email, nobody used it. So you never had any. I went to the computer room about once a term (I was a student) and had one email if I was lucky.
I first used a word processer in about 1982. It was an entire desktop computer, and the only thing it could do was word processing.
@Sideon Oh I definitely remember both IBM’s in school from my childhood in elementary & Typewriters as a kid, I’ll be 40 soon lol Tbh I wish my era / my experiences in my 20’s / 30’s was in the 60’s / 70’s / 80’s.
Typewriters are so much more satisfying to type on than computers. It's like sitting down to a baby grand versus a cheap electronic keyboard. 😄🎹

I haven't used a type writer. Mechanical keyboards were a big upgrade for me from regular membrane keyboards.

I am so terribly sorry to hear this. Violence is NEVER the answer. There is no excuse for this type of behavior. All this does is make the situation worse.

@cuddles_ndream - I was like 6 years old and my dad(Santa Claus) bought me a computer to play games on. I remember waking up to see that computer sitting in the living room with this game running on it.
@Mike403 i remember Atari, but my 1st console was Nintendo, followed by Sega / Super Nintendo/ and than Play Station 1 … My gaming days were over with Siphon Filter, Resident Evil and lots of tekken (good ol’ times 🌌)

I have a cool book called history of medicine talks about one of the first civilizations Mesopotamia which their version might be similar to this clay tablet using a method of cuneiform. I still have an old electric typewriter.
