Yeah I know the "rules", but I would NEVER cuddle with a professional cuddler if this was posted on her profile:

3.This is a Strictly platonic cuddling service , if at any point a client becomes innapropriate the session will be ended.

Please only message me after reading and understanding all of these terms to avoid confusion <

Sorry, I'm paying, the cuddler needs to be a bit more flexible.  Am I out of line?

All of those rules look perfectly reasonable to me. Which ones do you think are unreasonable, and why?

I find nothing unreasonable in most of those. Four out of five to be precise. The ID requirement seems a bit odd because she does not host, so that means she is likely showing up at the customer's residence. I think the customer should be as interested in seeing the ID of the stranger showing up at his door as she is in seeing his. These arrangements involve some safety risk for both parties, and neither party should have to cuddle with someone whose real identity is unknown.

As for the rest, it's all good. My only complaint might center on the tone of it. Kind of lawyerly and adversarial for sales copy, which is how I think of our profiles. Profiles are meant to supply a reason to pick me instead of someone else. So if there's not a lot of "here's why you'll enjoy snuggle time spent with me" in addition to to the "here is what I require from you," the profile probably won't attract a lot of interest. Perhaps the Terms of Service thing could be toned down some in the profile, with a more detailed and explicit list sent for mutual agreement prior to meeting. But hey, if that list of requirements kept you from reaching out to a cuddler whose approach you would not like, then it served its purpose.

Exactly my point!!! Fair balance is ok, but I was taught to accentuate the positive to close a sale.  You're making perfect sense @quietman775 .....

What annoys me most about stuff like that is that there are terms of service and most of those points are in he terms of service so wtf???

I agree with Carlos,  nothing it that ad suggests your going to enjoy your time? It  may work for someone but I'll pass.

@Morpheus  I can understand your frustration but just because there are terms of service doesn't mean that the clients aren't hoping that those won't apply with the pro. I've even had some clients that repeated the boundaries to me and yet kept trying to cross them. By reiterating those boundaries in your profile, it may help the clients realize that you will definitely follow those standard requirements. 

Snuggle, while I do agree with you.  I do think that reiterating terms of service that should be already known via the website anyway is a bit offputting.  I do have my additional rules stated out.   Out of all the ones that I find "scary" from the first post is the ID thing.  I don't like idea of giving my ID to anyone I don't know.  And if that means I never meet anyone from this site, then so be it.

I don't ask for ID. Also, when I restate the terms I try to make it as friendly as possible while still getting the point across because I understand how it can be offputting.

The tone is all wrong, and it should not be in a pro's profile, in my opinion. Those terms are in the Client Agreement, which I see no reason getting the final agreement on via message once an appointment has been made. Either that or in person before the session starts. Personally I wouldn't ask for ID, but I would need to see a photo of a client before proceeding to make arrangements with them.

@navyvet76 and any others squeamish about the code of conduct being brought up...Just so you're aware, at least pro's are prompted to either copy/paste or go over the Client Agreement in person (not necessarily with a fine-toothed comb, but still). I am not sure what clients see beneath the message box.

I am in no way squeamish I just think that code is not strict enough so I would ask that the pro agree to my additional boundaries. That saves hastle of having to tell a pro no after several emails

is this a problem you have often with pros ?  They push boundaries ??    
I mean I've had pros ask me if I want to cuddle topless for extra cash.  But I've never had them push boundaries beyond asking something like that.  

Boundaries like meeting in public first time for my safety. Or make sure they agree to be there on time. Etc

@navyvet76 if you meet a pro in person, is it right before the session or do you meet one day and if you click, then schedule a session? Also do you pay the pro for her time when you meet publicly?
