Hey all it’s my first time posting, not really big on forums but I had to share this one. In my local area there has been an influx of new profiles note sure if it’s like that for everyone else. After speaking with a few of these people it’s came to my attention that they found out about our community through TikTok. Now that’s not a problem, the problem is they are advertising it as a side hustle but aren’t telling these folks they have to be signed up as a Pro and most of them don’t bring up the fact that they are charging for cuddles until you are meeting up with them. Just a little frustrating and I figured I would share to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

yep, it is definitely happening in my area. I nip it in the bud by straight up asking. Then I kindly send them the link to sign up as a pro

EDIT: And I will add, when I do this, they stop replying to me or deactivate the account....haha. I've been seeing 1 or 2 new enthusiast profiles appear a day in the last couple of weeks and maybe only 1 has signed up for pro status. I'm sure things will go back to normal soon.

@DWill3957 thank you for clarifying why it started happening all of a sudden. At this point I just assume that any lady under 30 contacting me must be in this group.

I've seen a TON of women sign up recently in Austin. Single photo, nothing in About Me, and very, very few facts. Must be what you're referring to.

It’s happening everywhere. Seen it in Florida, Cali, Boston and other places in recent trips. I think we are seeing the toll of higher rents, groceries, insurance in conjunction with stagnant wages. A lot of desperate people out there right now.

I have a Tik Tok for my cuddling business and have been making videos for over a year. For the most part, my target audience is potential clients; however, I do my best to educate the public about how cuddle therapy works and emphasize the importance of getting training.

I've seen a bunch of circular karmas going on when I go snooping. I'm not sure if mods love or hate my game of Where's Waldo? 😅 You'll see a bunch of new accounts all giving each other good karma... but all it takes is reverse image searching one fishy one or noticing another is a duplicate and the whole circle falls apart. I like to go hunting when I can't sleep, reminds me of my old mod days without the commitment lol

I’m glad I’m not going crazy, thank you all for the validation. Just for the clarification nothing against our pros I love supporting them. It’s just these empty profiles popping up and not understanding how the platform works.

The more publicity the site gets, odds are the more of this you will see.

There does seem to be a big influx of new members that are untagged pros. Please report any that you come across and we will suspend them while they apply to become a pro. I think many just skip reading the terms and think anyone here can charge for cuddles, which of course is not allowed for enthusiasts to do.
