My music thread has gotten too big so this is one more focused on the genre I particularly really enjoy. Who else is into this music? This is a song from band called Erasure. I saw them in concert about a couple decades ago. If there is any songs you can think of and it was released between 1980-1989 and is heavy on the synthesizers, feel free to share it.

I remember Dr Demento played this frequently. Anybody else remember Marvin The Paranoid Android from “Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy”?

I’m really into Aphex Twin’s ambient works 85-92. My favorite part is around 3:03. I listened to it while horseback riding near the continental divide and it’s now a core memory attached to the song.
