Is this a trend?

I’ve been reading comments about how guys don’t pay for cuddles or really don’t want to pay past a certain dollar amount for cuddles. I have a question for the pros. Have you noticed any decline or dip in cuddle requests? Or is it business as usual?

  • Personally I haven’t been affected or noticed a difference in cuddle requests being less frequent, but I have been hearing chatter about people canceling last minute or being no call/no shows for sessions more often than usual.

No call/no shows have been a thing since I’ve started. I just assumed that was a part of the job since it is bound to happen to everyone here at some point, I’m not sure if dip in requests for cuddles or a decline in paid sessions has been occurring a lot for other pros ?

  • No decline here.

Would a change in the attitudes of the guys be reflected in the opportunities for all pros equally?

  • @lonelytauros there could easily be a loud but small group of men who refuse or complain about paying; or only want to pay a certain amount. The group of men who happily pay and like the arrangement are not usually in the group of people who would think about or be compelled to talk about it on a forum.

There are lots of services (streaming services, Uber, Adobe Creative Cloud, MidJourney, etc.) that I really enjoy and pay for but I don’t feel a strong desire to find a forum to shout about, for example, how much I like the AI art that MidJourney makes for me. I just enjoy it and those who hate it or feel threatened by it are free to hate it all the want and complain & shout as often as they wish. I don’t feel a need to be a part of it.

  • I certainly hire pros routinely. Cuddling is something I need, and paying for it is the most reliable way to get it. I do filter by price, and while many pros in my area are out of my budget, there are many who aren’t, and I reach out to them. I often have to reach out to new pros, as some pros do raise their rates once they get established (thus going out of my price range), but I still get all the sessions I need.
