I’ve found cuddling and touch therapy to be something beautiful and rewarding. There is something magical and sacred about the space between two people in a platonic embrace.

Communication is important to me. So if it’s your first time cuddling we can do some short activities and games that will introduce ways to communicate consent and get comfortable with owning our yeses and nos. And there’s hugs available too if that’s your thing. :)

Mindful cuddling is something I really enjoy. That’s just simply being present and nothing more. It’s so peaceful.

I have a really cozy cuddle space that I make ideal for cuddles. An overall comfortable sensory experience is something I try to go for by lighting candles, putting on accent led lights, playing light relaxing music, turning on my oil defuser (as long as my cuddle partner isn’t allergic or sensitive to any of the oils I use). I’m in quiet neighborhood. I live with a quiet dog who isn’t allowed on beds and won’t be in my cuddle room. I live with someone who will be respectful of my space and you won’t bump into them walking to the bathroom or whatever because we’ll close doors to our separate spaces.

Besides cuddling I love hiking, creating & enjoy art, podcasts books, meditating, looking for new ways to decrease chaos, looking for ways to improve my wellbeing, looking for ways to be a better person.
